THOMAS, Judge.
Kenneth Smith appeals from the judgment of the Madison Circuit Court in favor of Michael W. Davidson on Davidson’s claims against Smith and dismissing Smith’s claims against Davidson. We affirm.
Facts and Procedural History
Smith leased a parcel of commercial property from Davidson. On June 13, 2007, Smith sued Davidson, alleging in his complaint claims of breach of contract, conversion, intentional interference with contractual rights, and wrongful eviction.
