BRYAN, Judge.

Christopher Lee Tucker (“the husband”) appeals from a judgment of the Morgan Circuit Court (“the trial court”) that divorced him from Amy Michelle Tucker (“the wife”).

Procedural History

The husband and the wife were .married in 1995 and they separated in August 2007. Two children were born of the parties’ marriage, both boys, born in January 2004 and July 2005 (referred to collectively as “the children”).
