MEMORANDUM ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

This contested matter is before the court on the Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption (Objection) filed on October 15, 2002, by Ann Mostoller, Chapter 7 Trustee (the Trustee), in which the Trustee objects to the Debtor’s claim to a homestead exemption in property owned jointly with his non-filing spouse as tenants by the entireties.
