—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Lawrence Tonetti, J.), rendered April 23, 1993, convicting the defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of 4Vz to 9 years imprisonment, affirmed.
