McLaughlin, J.), rendered January 9, 2008, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), and menacing in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to an aggregate term of 25 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
