Appeal from an order of the district court quashing and discharging a writ of habeas corpus.

This case involves an extradition proceeding against relator, Samuel Horowitz.

Eelator testified that in the past he had been an organizer for the communist party and that, because of his affiliation with that organization, it became impossible for him to obtain a job. Therefore, in 1953 he left St. Paul, where he had been residing, and went to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He admits that, while in Wisconsin, he used the name Paul A. Brown in order to obtain a job.
