OPINION
BRYNER, Chief Judge.
Robert M. Atkinson was charged with two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Atkinson was convicted by a jury of both charges. He now appeals.
On appeal, Atkinson argues that the superior court erred in failing to suppress evidence seized during a search conducted pursuant to an invalid search warrant, in refusing to disclose the juvenile records of the informant whose statements led to the issuance of the warrant, in declining to reopen the evidentiary hearing on Atkinson’s motion to suppress in order to allow examination of…
