This action arises in the context of a dispute between plaintiff Kimberly Comrey (“Comrey”) and defendant Discover Products, Inc., successor to DFS Services LLC, formerly known as Discover Financial Services, Inc., and Discover Bank (collectively, “Discover”). Comrey alleges that Discover furnished information specific to Comrey’s Discover credit card account to credit reporting agencies in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq.
