Wyoming Supreme Court

Decided February 16, 2007No. 05-217PublishedCited by 55 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

KITE, Justice.

[11] Robert Dettloff was convicted by a jury of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of oxycodone. 1 He appeals claiming defense counsel rendered ineffective assistance in representing him on his motion to suppress and the trial court erred in denying the motion; insufficient evidence was presented to support his convictions; and the district court erred in admitting uncharged misconduct evidence. We find no error and affirm the convictions.
