— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County, rendered June 14, 1978, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of not less than two years nor more than six years.
