This is a Title VII retaliation case in which plaintiff David Mulvin, the former Director of Public Services for defendant City of Sandusky, alleges that the City and its employees, SuAnne Brown, Edward Feick, Frank Fosco, John Ginty, Michael Kresser, William Mason, Frank Valli, Gerald Lechner, Don Icsman, and Robert Schultz, terminated his employment in violation of Title VII and Ohio Revised Code § 4112 after he reported sexual harassment by defendant Lechner.
