MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND
WELLS, District Judge.
On 10 September 2004, plaintiff Rose West filed a complaint against defendants Visteon Corporation (“Visteon”) and Jan O’Brien 1 in the Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Erie County. (Docket # 1, Ex. A). Ms. West’s complaint alleges a single claim for “tortious interference with contractual relationships” against both parties. (Docket # 1, Ex. A).
