The petitions of intervention and claims for preference, according'to the motion, were tried seriatim,, September 10 to October 12, 1926. Decrees in favor of interveners, were entered March. 8, 1927, to August 15, 1927. The motion for certification of the shorthand reporter’s notes, which is the subject of this appeal, was filed January 24, 1928, and granted February 9, 1928, nearly 16 months after the last trial, and nearly 6 months after the last decree was entered.
