GUITTARD, Justice.
Eugene Kiser and George Fox sued E. F. Hutton & Company for interest paid by Trans World Airlines on its registered bonds sold by plaintiffs to defendant after TWA had announced its intention to make such a payment. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found that plaintiffs sold their bonds in reliance on a representation by defendant concerning the earliest date on which they could do so and retain the right to receive this interest, and, based on this finding, rendered judgment for plaintiffs for the amount of the interest paid.
