Following a jury trial, the trial court rendered judgment upon appellee Timothy Frazin’s election to recover the jury’s award for breach of contract damages. In its appeal from the trial court’s judgment, Lamajak, Inc. first contends the trial court erred in failing to apply the doctrine of res judicata to bar all of- Frazin’s claims and, further, abused its discretion in denying it leave to file a trial amendment on the issue.
