J. HARVEY HUDSON, Justice.

Appellant, Paul Joseph Stautzenberger, appeals his conviction after a bench trial of the Class B Misdemeanor offense of driving while license invalid. Tex. Transp. Code Ann. § 521.457 (Vernon 2007). The trial court found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at 30 days in jail and a $500 fíne. Appellant, who represented himself, pro se, both at trial and on appeal, presents five points of error: (1) the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction; (2) the trial court erred in allowing the State to amend the information after it had rested…
