This action was commenced in the district court of Oklahoma county by the City National Bank of Madill, defendant in error, against the Madill Oil & Cotton Company, plaintiff in error, for .the recovery ofl judgment in the sum of $6,-755.50. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
