To obtain a reversal of the decree of the circuit court directing the transmission of the Colorado assets to the domiciliary assignee in New Hampshire, the appellants invoke the rule which is ordinarily applied- where the estate of a decedent is being administered at the place of his domicile, and also in a foreign jurisdiction.
