SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.
This cause now comes here on appeal from an order of the circuit court of the United States for the Western district of Virginia. The Baltimore Building & Loan Association, a corporation of the state of Mai-yland, became insolvent. Thereupon a bill was filed in March, 1900, by Daniel B. Coltrane et al., complainants, against the said Baltimore Budding & Loan Association, in tire circuit court of the United States for the district of Maryland.
