Appellee, as county collector of DeWitt county, made application for judgment and an order of sale for delinquent taxes to the county court of said county at the June term, 1914. The Illinois Central Railroad Company filed objections to the road and bridge taxes in the towns of Clintonia and Harp and to a portion of the district school tax in district No. 60. The objections to the road and bridge taxes in the towns named is, that said taxes were extended by the county clerk without the same having been presented to, considered and approved by the county board at its September meeting in 1913.…
