People Ex Rel. Clark v. Baltimore & Ohio Southwestern Railway Co.

The Baltimore and Ohio Southwestern Railway Company filed objections to the application of the county collector of Wayne county, at the September term, 1932, of the county court of that county, for judgment and order of sale against its property for taxes of the year 1931. The objections were overruled, judgment was rendered against the property, and the railway company has appealed.
