This is an appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Effingham County, entered at the May term, 1890, against the property of the appellant Bailroad Company in that county for the delinquent road tax for the years 1888 and 1889-Appellant filed two objections to the entry of judgment both of which were overruled, and exceptions were duly taken.
