This is an original proceeding in the nature of prohibition in which one Elizabeth G. Nelson and John E. Walberg, Attorney, seek an order of this Court prohibiting the District Court of the County of Arapahoe and the Hon. Martin P. Miller, Judge thereof, from taking any further proceedings in Civil Action No. 12698, pend ing in said Court, and in which action Rose Sprofero, Shirley M. Maroon, and Mary Lou Cacioppo are plaintiffs, and Elizabeth L. Nelson is named as defendant. In the action brought by the above named plaintiffs, each seeks to recover from the defendant Elizabeth L.
