Plaintiff commenced this civil rights suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, alleging that the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and individuals representing the Authority (collectively “SEPTA”) violated his rights to due process, and equal protection, by paying him at a rate lower than he was entitled to under his union’s collective bargaining agreement with SEPTA.
