OPINION
BAKER, Judge.
Appellants-defendants Wilcox Manufacturing Group, Inc., d/b/a Superior Automation Company (Superior) and Howard Wilcox, Jr. (Wilcox) appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee-plaintiff Marketing Services of Indiana, Inc. (MSI). Specifically, Superior and Wilcox raise two issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court erred in concluding that Wileox's mental competency was not an issue of material fact that precluded entry of summary judgment.
