Charles F. Swigart died in Chicago on October 17, 1917, leaving an estate consisting of real estate stipulated to be of the value of $300,000, and it is stated in the petition for letters of administration that the personal property is of the value of not to exceed $50,000. On October 18, 1917, the public administrator was appointed administrator of the estate by the probate court of Cook county, ©n October 22, 1917, proof of heirship was made in that court showing Emma Swigart, the insane sister of the deceased, to be the sole heir of the deceased.
