William R. Schultz died testate in Los Angeles, California, on December 12, 1939, leaving an estate consisting entirely of personal property located in Chicago. His will was admitted to probate in Cook county, Illinois, and letters testamentary issued thereon to the Chicago City Bank and Trust Company, named in the will as executor. By his will the testator bequeathed his entire estate, after the payment of debts, to said bank as trustee and directed that out of the net income therefrom his sister-in-law, Pauline Schultz, should be paid the sum of $400 a year for and during her lifetime.
