This was a petition filed in the probate court of Cook county by Dr. Gr. Castruccio, Royal Italian Consul General for the Kingdom of Italy, as attorney in fact for Concetta Panico and Mauro Panico, residents of Italy, praying that the letters of administration issued to Bessie M..Panico he revoked.
