ATWELL, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, R. C. Hawthorne, R. A. Hawthorne, and Raymon Hawthorne, brought suit in the state district court against V. T. Fisher, R. J. Cox, .and E. V. Poynter, alleging that all parties were residents of Dallas County, Texas. That they are father and.sons, and that they own, aggregately, 1361 acres of land in Dallas and Kaufman. Counties. That such lands are farm lands, and that they pay taxes thereon to the state of Texas, and to such municipal corporations as have been established. under the authority of the laws of that state.
