Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
As a result of an investigation during which petitioner’s telephone calls were monitored, correction officers discovered *973that petitioner had made arrangements to have a visitor bring drugs into the correctional facility where he was incarcerated.
