Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which denied petitioners’ request to amend and seal an indicated report of child maltreatment.
Petitioners Anthony Washington and Joanne Washington (hereinafter collectively referred to as petitioners) were the foster parents of three siblings (hereinafter the Doe children).
