Spanish citizens and their closely held companies appeal a summary judgment on claims asserted against an American lawyer and his law firm. Appellants allege that the lawyer breached various duties in the course oí representing the lender and the “administrator” of the appellants’ foreign properties pledged as security for a $120 million loan, We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
