Appeal from Jefferson District Court. — Seneca Cornell, Judge. Action at law, to recover damages on account of alleged fraud in the sale of cattle. There was a directed verdict for the defendant, and plaintiff appeals. —

The original petition is not set out in the abstract, but appears to have sought a recovery of damages for fi'aud and deceit practiced upon plaintiff by the defendant in the sale of cattle. This was followed by an amended and substituted petition in two counts.
