SEYMOUR, Circuit Judge.
Bias Chavez pled guilty to an information charging two counts of intentionally selling or disposing of stolen goods in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2315 (1982 & Supp. IV 1986). He was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment followed by five years’ probation. Chavez filed this action under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1982), alleging that his sentence is illegal because he actually pled guilty to violations of a statute different from that under which he was sentenced.
