Decision was heretofore made herein affirming the judgment, and order denying a motion for a new trial, both of which had been appealed from. Thereafter a rehearing was granted. After argument upon the rehearing and consideration of the various matters urged at that argument, the court is satisfied to re-adopt the opinion heretofore rendered herein as to its main text, with the addition of some further discussion as to certain of the points urged by appellants as grounds for their claim for a reversal.
