Plaintiff Deborah Guinn appeals from an order of the circuit court granting defendants Hoskins Chevrolet, Union Fidelity Life Insurance Company (Union), and Bank One, N.A.’s (Bank One) motions to dismiss Guinn’s second amended complaint.
