MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAVID P. McDONALD, Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiff, Karissa J. McKinnis, filed the instant adversary complaint seeking a determination that Debtor’s assumption of certain marital debts enumerated in the parties’ Decree of Dissolution of Marriage (“Decree”) and Debtor’s obligation to hold Plaintiff harmless concerning those maxital debts are non-dischargeable debts under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5)(B) or in the alternative § 523(a)(15).
