MEMORANDUM DECISION

PETER H. CARROLL, Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiff, Diane K. Ruhlen, f/k/a Diane K Montgomery (“Ruhlen”) seeks a judgment determining that her claim against Defendant, Paul Douglas Montgomery (“Montgomery”), a chapter 7 debtor, should be excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(15).
