MEMORANDUM OF PARTIAL DECISION

The matter before the court is the above-referenced plaintiffs (the “Plaintiff’) complaint (A.P. Doc. I.D. No. 1, the “Complaint”) 1 seeking a determination that a certain alleged debt owing to the Plaintiff was not discharged in this chapter 7 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2), 523(a)(5) and/or 523(a)(15). This court has jurisdiction over this adversary proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 as a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b).
