This is an. appeal from an order of the district court of Tulsa county granting defendant in error a new trial in an actipn to recover a money judgment.

Plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was employed by defendants in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, as a bookkeeper. Her duties were to keep the books and the bank records, and handle the cash accounts of plaintiffs.
