This action is brought by the plaintiff, a married woman, against the female defendant, to recover damages for the alleged alienation of the husband’s affections and the resulting loss of his society, comfort, aid, 'assistance and support.

There are two counts to the declaration, each setting forth, substantially, the same cause of action, the only difference being that, in the first count, there is added to the averment of enticing away the husband, &c., the more aggravated charge of criminal conversation.
