Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Montgomery County (White, J.), rendered September 8,1980, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the third degree. At the conclusion of a hearing seeking to suppress certain evidence seized at the time of defendant’s arrest as well as the identification made of defendant subsequent thereto, a negotiated plea of guilty to a reduced charge of robbery in the third degree was entered on July 8, 1980.
