Gregory Fulton, Rodney Kyles and Charles Williams were charged in separate informations with conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of § 53a-48 of the General Statutes1 and with robbery in the first degree in violation of § 53a-134 (a) (2) of the General Statutes.2 The three defendants were tried together. Fulton and Kyles were found guilty of conspiracy to commit first degree robbery and of first degree robbery.3 Williams was found guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery in the second degree and of rob*264bery in the second degree.
