YOUNG, Justice.

The suit of appellant Bank was initially against National Union Fire Insurance Company alone for the sum of $1,789 in connection with a premium finance contract incident to a policy of National Union insuring the property of one Bailey C. Johnson; alleging that Johnson had defaulted in payment of premium installments, and that the Bank, in compliance with the contract, had requested cancellation of policy, thereby becoming entitled to the unearned premium in above amount.
