This suit was brought to recover damages for an alleged trespass in causing the property of the appellant to be levied upon and seized under an attachment sued out against the property of one Coons. The appellant claimed the property, as purchaser for a valuable consideration, from Coons, before the issue of the attachment. It was alleged that the property, when levied upon and seized,- was in the possession of the appellant.
