The only question argued by the defendant is whether there was evidence to submit to the jury in favor of the plaintiff on the question whether his intestate was in the exercise of due care. He was a child two years and eight months old. He lived with his parents and four sisters, the eldest of whom was fifteen years of age, in a house on Franklin Place in Quincy, about two hundred feet westerly from the line of Franklin Street.
