1. In respect to the question whether there was sufficient evidence that due care was exercised by the parents of *485the child, the present case falls within the reason of those recent cases in which it was held that the question was for the jury; Powers v. Quincy & Boston Street Railway, 163 Mass. 5, and cases there cited; and it is to be distinguished from Casey v. Smith, 152 Mass. 294, where virtually the child was sent to play upon the street.
