Appellant filed a petition for review upon which, after hearing, the referee awarded compensation for partial disability and which was affirmed by the compensation board. On appeal to the common pleas the award was set aside and claimant’s petition for re-vi ew dismissed.

An agreement, dated March 17,' 1932, was entered into between claimant and his employer and insurance carrier, providing for compensation at $1500 per Aveek from March 1, 1932, for fifteen weeks, in which agreement the accident and injury is described as follows : “Hooking a well on with a chain.
