OPINION
MEANOR, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. For reasons stated hereinafter, the issues presented by this motion will be treated in two stages. This first opinion is addressed to the question whether the defendant is entitled to the benefit of the statute of limitations.
