This matter comes before the court on defendant Slawomir Klein’s (defendant owner) preliminary objections to plaintiff’s amended complaint. Plaintiff commenced this action against defendants seeking damages for injuries she sustained as a result of a motor vehicle accident allegedly caused by defendant Krzysztof Klein (defendant driver).
